Job Title: Analyst / Associate – Strategy | Founder’s Office
Location: Marol,Mumbai
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days : 6 days (1st and 3rd Saturdays working)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Planning, Business Operations, or Real Estate Advisory.
Qualification: MBA from Tier I institutes (IIMs, ISB or equivalent) or Tier II institutes (Symbiosis, IMT Ghaziabad, etc.). Exceptional candidates with Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder’s Office in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and high-priority organizational projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business opportunity assessments to support leadership decision-making.
- Evaluate new markets, partnerships, technology solutions, investment opportunities, and growth initiatives.
- Build business cases, MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, improve operational processes, and track execution of strategic priorities.
KPI
- Timely completion and execution of strategic projects and leadership initiatives.
- Quality and accuracy of market research, business analysis, and recommendations.
- Effectiveness of reporting dashboards, MIS, and decision-support frameworks.
- Improvement in operational efficiency through process optimization and SOP implementation.
- Tracking and conversion of strategic opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
