Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to build Channel Partner preference and increase walk-in volumes.
  • Onboard, manage, and develop Channel Partners to strengthen business relationships.
  • Identify and drive new lead generation opportunities through Channel Partners.
  • Train, mentor, and guide the sourcing team to improve overall performance.
  • Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing initiatives to maximize lead generation and conversions.
  • Prepare survey reports and monitor evolving market trends.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to launch Channel Partner initiatives and schemes.
  • Ensure timely feedback and payout coordination for Channel Partner deals.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure smooth registration processes for booked units.
  • Drive Channel Partner engagement activities and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Innovate and execute various lead generation and sourcing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly MIS reports, walk-ins, and client databases.
  • Ensure individual and team targets are consistently achieved.

Must Have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in real estate sourcing/sales.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Excellent Channel Partner relationship management abilities.
  • Team handling and mentoring experience.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coordination skills.
  • Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in handling multi-location or cluster-level operations.
  • Strong channel partner network within the real estate ecosystem.
