Profile Summary: The Closing Team Leader is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, mentoring the sales team, and managing site operations to meet revenue targets. This role demands a proactive leader who can inspire a high-performing sales team, maintain compliance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Foster excellent team bonding and engagement to maintain high morale and reduce attrition.
• Provide thorough training and orientation to newly joined team members, ensuring they align with organizational values and sales goals.
• Drive a culture of discipline and professionalism, maintaining adherence to organizational policies.

2. Sales Pipeline Management and Closures:
• Oversee the sales pipeline and guide team members on deal closure strategies.
• Develop sales strategies and set clear, achievable targets for the team.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets and plans for launch and sustenance sales.
• Lead site operations, including revenue management, demand generation, and sales closures.

3. Operational Excellence and Reporting:
• Handle daily site operations, including CRM tool usage, and provide regular MIS reports to management.
• Prepare consolidated site profit & loss statements for periodic reviews.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, devise team KPIs, and ensure target achievement.

4. Marketing and Brand Enhancement:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute initiatives for brand enhancement and lead generation.
• Provide insights on planning, designing, pricing strategies, competition analysis, events, and promotions.
• Assist in developing marketing and sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.

5. Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, builders, prospective buyers, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure business continuity through strong partner engagement and collaboration.

6. Compliance and Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated with real estate rules, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
• Take ownership of tasks, exhibiting initiative and commitment to professional development.

• Advanced knowledge of real estate software, CRM systems, and document management platforms to ensure data hygiene is maintained.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel across locations
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines under pressure.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
