Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Align strategies with company goals and market trends to drive business growth.
2. Campaign & Brand Management:
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, and events.
• Ensure campaigns are targeted, effective, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity in the real estate market.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visual elements, and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
3. Lead Generation:
• Design and implement strategies to attract and convert potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Utilize online and offline tactics to generate high-quality leads and enhance the company's client base.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics within the real estate sector.
• Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
6. Budget Oversight:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve marketing goals within budget constraints.
7. Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Support property launches, promotional events, and other initiatives with targeted marketing strategies.
8. Content Monitoring:
• Oversee the production of engaging content including property listings, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Ensure content is compelling, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.
9. Performance Monitoring:
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Preferred candidate profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and driving business results.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends and real estate software’s.
• Capable in monitoring digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
