Job Title: Asst Manager / Manager
Location: Pune (All Areas)
Experience: Minimum 1-8 years
Reports to: Site Head/Team Lead
Compensation: Upto 8 Lacs

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-ins, CP leads, and direct clients for project closures
  • Conduct site visits, project presentations, and investment discussions
  • Drive end-to-end closure process including negotiation and booking
  • Explain ROI, rental yield, and investment benefits to clients
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams to maximize conversions
  • Ensure documentation, booking, and collections follow-up
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and repeat clients
  • Support weekend closures and high-footfall days

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in real estate closing / commercial sales
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Understanding of commercial properties (office, retail, investment assets)
  • Knowledge of ROI, IRR, rental yield calculations
  • Good communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Customer-focused, presentable, and target-driven
  • Familiar with RERA guidelines and CRM systems
