Role Details
Position: Sourcing Manager – Commercial Sales
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) / Brokers
- Generate leads through CPs, references, and BTL activities
- Drive site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
- Maintain regular engagement with CPs (product updates, pricing, training)
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for closures & collections
- Build pipeline from business hubs, IT parks, and investor networks
Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate sourcing / commercial sales
- Strong CP network in Pune market (preferred)
- Good communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Understanding of ROI, yield, and investment sales
- Familiar with RERA guidelines & CRM tools
- Target-driven and comfortable with field sales
