Position Title: Business Development Manager – Plots & Villas
Location: Rest of Maharashtra
Experience: 3–8 Years (Real Estate Preferred)
Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head
Compensation: As per industry standards

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager specializing in Plots & Villas, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, especially land parcels and villa projects, along with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in plots and villa segments
  • Generate leads through various channels including brokers, references, and direct outreach
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, investors, and end customers
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and closures in CRM
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for smooth deal execution
  • Participate in property exhibitions, events, and activations

  • Good understanding of real estate (plots/villas/land transactions preferred)

Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in real estate sales, especially plots and villas, is highly preferred
