About the Role:
As a Closing Manager at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business in the Pune region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Job Profile
· Managing and converting walk-ins to closures
· Attending walk ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups
· Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them
· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
· Maintaining proper records of booking forms of visited client.
· Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets
· Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines
· Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: preferably from the luxury sales- real estate Industry. [Candidates from luxury segments such as automobile, retail, or FMCG may also be considered]
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
Skills and Competencies: Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
