Job Title: Asst Manager / Manager
Location: Mumbai (All Areas)
Experience: Minimum 1-8 years
Reports to: Site Head/Team Lead
Compensation: Upto 8 Lacs
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive/Manager at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business in the Mumbai & Navi Mumbai region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
a. Identify and prospect potential clients in the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai area.
b. Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.
2. Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
b. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
3. Sales Targets:
a. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
b. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
4. Market Research:
a. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
b. Provide regular feedback to the team on market conditions and opportunities.
5. Sales Reporting:
a. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
b. Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
6. Collaboration:
a. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the overall sales process.
b. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
7. Territory Research:
a. Research and identify potential channel partners and business opportunities across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai, and KDMC regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Age: Below 30 years
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: preferably from the real estate Industry.
Minimum Experience: 1-8 years of experience
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
Skills and Competencies: Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
Job Profile
• Managing and converting walk-ins to closures;
• Attending walk ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups
• Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
• Maintaining proper records of booking forms of visited client.
• Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets
• Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines
• Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales
