Job Title: Mid-Level to Senior-Level
Department: Marketing
Profile Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can independently
conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual communication across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong
design thinking, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives.
This role requires someone who can own projects end-to-end — from idea to final execution — while maintaining consistency in
brand language and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Conceptualization
• Develop strong visual concepts for campaigns, digital content, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Translate briefs into compelling design solutions that align with brand identity and communication goals.
Design Execution
• Design high-quality creatives for:
o Social media
o Website assets
o Presentations
o Marketing collaterals
o Internal communications
o Campaign visuals
o Print materials
Brand Consistency
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication assets.
• Elevate the overall visual language of the brand.
Project Ownership
• Work independently on design assignments from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines.
Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Preferred candidate profile:
• Strong creative thinking ability
• Excellent visual aesthetic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to agency-style creative environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign and brand design work
Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Certification in
design tools or related courses is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in graphic designing. Proven track record of creating impactful
designs, with a portfolio showcasing illustrations, logos, and marketing materials. Experience in designing for the real estate
sector is a strong advantage.
• Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in graphic designing. A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, logos, and
marketing materials. Knowledge of digital and print design standards. Basic understanding of motion/video design is a plus
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom Classic, Dreamweaver
(preferred). Knowledge of typography, and layout skills. Creative storytelling through visuals.
• Soft Skills: Keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work methodically. Strong
multitasking abilities with the Capable of managing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Specific Knowledge: Understanding brochure design principles and print media graphics. Agency experience will be highly
preferred as it brings exposure to diverse creative challenges and fast-paced execution. The candidate should be well-versed
with emerging AI design tools and workflows to enhance creativity, productivity, and scalability.
